Our main products are precision mold core pins, precision pin sleeves, precision mold cores, precision mold cavities, hot runner valve pin needle, precision mold slider, precision connector mold inserts, precision cap mold cores and so on, they are made 100% according to customers’ drawings. They are widely used in automobile parts metal stamping, plastic injection molds, die casting molds and machinery. Our commitment is to provide quality parts with good service for customers.

Koto Mould own 90 sets of production machines, 9 sets of Sodick EDM machines, 3 sets of FANUC machines, 3 sets of low speed WEDM machine, 2 sets of CNC turning Hardinge machines, 3 sets of Mazak machines… Machines in 2021 are doubled than 2019 as the packaging molds and Vaccine related medical mold increasing in 2020 and in 2021. Most customers are from Chinese listed company, foreign countries like USA, Germany, Italy, UK, United States, Japan, Italy, Israel, Singapore and Thailand etc. Our products precision:size tolerance ±0.005 mm, co-axiality within 0.005, circularity 0.005 mm, surface roughness Ra 0.025, linearity 500mm within 0.005.
